Inma de Reyes (MFA Film Directing, Screen Academy Scotland, ECA) was selected for Interaction 2018 this summer, a programme funded by Film Art Institute in Serbia, where they sponsor three emerging filmmakers from around the world to direct a short documentary in Serbia. Her film premiered in Belgrade on August 28th and will start its festival run this winter.
Following her Sheffield Doc/Fest screening of her graduation short To be a torero, Inma has also been offered her first feature co-production by Aconite (Glasgow) and Rustic Canyon (New York). She has started shooting this feature and continues collaborating with ex-ECA students Theodor Solin (cinematographer) and Stephen Horne (editor and colourist).
