The event starts at the Edinburgh Napier Merchiston campus, Triangle cafe where the Screen Academy Scotland Programme Leaders will be on hand. Tours of the Merchiston Avenue Production Centre will be organised from there.

 

The image above is a production still taken on location in the Basque Country while shooting the BAFTA New Talent Award winning graduation film Patata Tortilla written and directed by Ben Sharrock (MA Film & MFA Advanced Film Practice) and producted by Irune Gurtubai (MA Film & MFA Advanced Film Practice). Ben and Irune went on to win the Michael Powell Award for Best British Film at Edinburgh International Film Festival 2016 with Pikadero the feature length version of this short.
