On the 27th of February Screen Academy Scotland and Creative Media Network were delighted to sponsor a panel discussion which looked at the changing attitudes of audiences and industry alike to horror cinema in recent years. Hosted by Michael Leader of Little White Lies, the panellists explored the recent awards success of the horror genre, the changes in aesthetics, storytelling, and the response of audiences. Panellists include writer, director and actor Alice Lowe, (director, Prevenge), John McPhail (director, Anna and the Apocalypse), Sarah Daly of Scottish-based production company Hex Studios and as well as The Final Girls Collective.

Following the GFF Industry events on the Creative Media Network hosted networking drinks at 29 Supper Club.
