We’re excited to announce that five short films by graduates of Edinburgh Napier University’s Screen Academy Scotland will be screening at Glasgow Short Film Festival 2023.


Floored will have its World Premiere in the Scottish Competition 1: (Un)Tethered on the 23rd of March at 21:00 at the CCA. Floored is directed by MA Film alumni Fin Bain and produced by MA Film graduate Annie Cohrs.

CLEAN produced by MA Film graduate Reece Cargan will screen as part of Scottish Competition 1: (Un)Tethered on March 23rd at 21:00 at the CCA.

Ginny Reaper directed by BA Film graduate Niamh McKeown will have its world premiere as part of For Shorts and Giggles on Thursday 23 March 2023 at 21:00 at Civic House.

My Name is Beth directed by MA Film graduate Sayee Gogate will screen as part of Young Scottish Filmmaker Prize 2 on Saturday 25 March 2023 at 15:15.

Light Across the Shore directed by BA Film graduate Lewis Shipley will screen as part of Young Scottish Filmmakers Prize 2 Saturday 25 March 2023 at 15:15.

A90 directed by BA Film graduate Olivia Middleton will screen as part of Scottish Competition 4: Navigations on Sunday March 26th at 15:15, GFT Cinema 2.

Who I Am Now produced by MA Film graduate Reece Cargan will screen as part of Scottish Competition 4: Navigations Scottish Competition 4: Navigations at 21:00, GFT Cinema 2.

In addition, Living With It produced by MA Film graduate Reece Cargan has a private Industry Screening.
