Insect Heroes video now live!
The new video for band Insect Heroes which was created as part of the Dartmouth Film Summer School is now live on You Tube. Ahead of the release of their debut album Apocalypso on Lost Map Records (out on October 13 pre-order here), The video of their new single ‘King Fabulous’ was filmed on location in Edinburgh as part of Dartmouth Film Summer School’s Music Video module which was taught by Blair Young of Glasgow based production company The Forest of Black.

The Dartmouth Film Summer School took place this summer at Screen Academy Scotland, Edinburgh Napier University.The Ten students and their Professor Mary Flanagan from Dartmouth College, New Hampshire USA were in Scotland for ten weeks and took modules in Cinematography, Music Video and Media Festivals. Cinematographer Paul Gavin taught the Cinematography module, the Music Video module was taught by Blair Young of The Forest of Black and the Media Festivals module was taught by Professor Mary Flanagan.
Three music videos were completed as part of their course.
